Von der Werbung beeindruckt, überredet Kelly ihre wenig enthusiastische Freundin Ruth zu einem Ausflug, um die Statue zu finden. Auf einer unspektakulären und doch so abenteuerlichen Reise entlarvt diese spaßige Satire Erwartungen und Enttäuschungen und führt dabei nicht nur die Zuseher*innen in die Irre.

Impressed by the advertisements, Kelly convinces her unenthusiastic best friend Ruth to go on a trip to find the statue. On the way towards the once-in-a-lifetime must-see, this funny satire about expectations and disappointments (mis)leads not only the viewers into adventurously unexciting terrains.
