A five-person jury awards the three YOUKI main prizes in the age categories 13-17 years, 18-22 years and 23-27 years as well as the Innovative Film Award and the Austrian Award.

Peter Cerovšek is actively engaged with film in various roles: as a film curator, screenwriter, director, critic and publicist. He is the director of the FeKK Ljubljana Short Film Festival and director of the Center for Contemporary Arts SCCA-Ljubljana. He is also a curator for the short film program Europe in Short at Ljubljana International Film Festival and a producer of the scriptwriting workshop Short Scene. He directed several short films that received international recognition.

Martina Genetti has studied art history and is interested and currently working on historiographies, archives and fungi. She is part of this human world - International Human Rights Film Festival programme team and Filmclub Tacheles, for which she is organizing film screenings on politics of remembrance at the University of Vienna. She is a curator of film programs at Schikaneder and Top Kino in Vienna.

Joachim Iseni lives and works in Linz. Since 2016 he has been studying “Time-based and Interactive Media” at Art University in Linz. In addition to projects for his studies, he works on documentaries. His film "Fleischwochen" was screened at festivals like Diagonale - Festival of Austrian Film or Duisburger Filmwoche and won a Local Artist Award at Crossing Europe in 2019.

Brigitta Kanyaro is an actress, writer, director and does really anything in film, depending on requirements and fee. The Cluj native was nominated for a Romy for her first work as an actress on the ORF TV Show “Last Will” and debuted as a writer/director in 2019 with the short film "Annamalai”. Currently, she is in post-production with her second short film "Stille Post" and has started the development of her debut feature film.

Bianca Jasmina Rauch is a Vienna based freelance film critic (a.o. Filmlöwin), podcaster (a.o. Ned Wuascht) and film scholar with a focus on feminist film theory and history at the Film Academy Vienna. Previously, she worked as film production manager (2551.01), in festival organization (a.o. Berlin Jewish Filmfestival), for Austrian Television (ORF) and as an assistant director for several theatre and film productions. She's especially passionate about emotional and experimental stories as well as hidden treasures of past times.
