Born in 1987 in Styria, FLORIAN MOSES BAYER moved to Vienna after finishing school. Working as a freelance director and producer, Florian creates short films, music videos and ads. Armed with all this knowledge he won the YOUKI audience prize in 2013 for his music video Infinite with Austrian Apparel. He has been studying at Filmakademie Wien from 2017 on.


KATIE CLARK is an animator and video maker living and working in Leeds, UK. Her work explores social issues with a focus on modern feminist thought and looks to give a voice to the everyday traumas widely experienced but rarely spoken about. Her film The Grey Area won the Innovative Film Award at YOUKI 2018 as well as “Best New Talent” at BFI Future Film 2019.


STEFAN BOHUN was born in Vienna and studied acting at the School of Physical Theatre in Toronto and directing at the Filmacademy Vienna. After various directing jobs at the theater his first feature documentary for cinema Are You Sleeping, Brother Jakob? was nominated numerous times at several festivals around the world. Since 2012 he’s been holding shortfilm-workshops for adolescents.


MARIA L. FELIXMÜLLER has come to Vienna from way up North. Some 20 years ago she discovered a fondness for sorting films as she was working at the video store Alpha 60 in Leipzig next to her studies of arts and philosophy. She developed this passion into her profession and started working at the programme department of the International Animated Film Festival Stuttgart 10 years ago. From 2015 on Maria has been the programme coordinator of the /slash Film Festival in Vienna where she is responsible for the animation category. She also coordinates the submissions and film logistics of Diagonale. Maria also shows a passion for the theory of order which led her to release the book Produktive Unordnung in 2018.


HERMANN GREUEL has been working for the Nordic Youth Film Festival - NUFF in Troms., Norway as the festival director for 18 years. Furthermore, he is working as the international coordinator for the culture house TVIBIT in Troms., launching international youth film exchange projects in the Nordic region, Germany, Russia, Africa and Palestine. Hermann is co-founder of the Youth Cinema Network (YCN), an international organisation for distributing young film productions.
