The word “oblique” means “slash” but also “dependent” and “implicit”. The films show exactly that - parallels and worlds that could not seem any more different, and yet they are dependent on and entangled with each other.
Discovering oneself and the world is just so exciting. And wonderful. And even more if it looks as beautiful as in these films. -
- but sometimes you’ll also discover things that aren’t all that beautiful, don’t you? Well, if you’ve finally found yourself then you’ve done so in an absolute way. Completely authentic and truthful: awesome!
